- 3cupsifted flour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cupthick orange marmalade
- 1/4cuporange juice

Add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy

Mix in eggs

Beat in flour, baking soda and salt

Add marmalade and blend

Drop by teaspoonsful 1 inch apart on a well-buttered cookie sheet

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes

Remove and cool
