- 3/4cupfirmly-packed brown sugar
- 1/4cup(1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2cupall-purpose flour
- 1/4teaspoonbaking powder
- 6squares premium white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler (or microwave for 2 minutes)

Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth

Stir in sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract with a wooden spoon until well blended
