- 21/2 cups flour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1cupunsalted (sweet) butter
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1tablespooninstant coffee granules
- 12ounce(2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar
