- 3/4cuppacked brown sugar
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 1large egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 3cupoats (quick or old fashioned)

Cream the margarine, brown sugar, and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy
