- 41/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2teaspoonbaking soda
- 2cupbutter
- 11/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 2(3.4 ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4eggs
- 2teaspoonvanilla extract

Makes 6 dozen (See note at bottom of page) 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups butter 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar

Stir in the instant pudding (dry) until blended

Then stir in the eggs and vanilla

Add the dry ingredients and mix well

Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts
