- 1/3cupstrong brewed coffee
- 3eggs
- 13/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1cupall-purpose flour

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, set aside

In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate pieces and butter

Stir in coffee until combined

Cool to room temperature

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs with electric mixer until foamy

Add sugar and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Reduce speed and beat in chocolate mixture
