- 6ounceunsweetened chocolate
- 6large eggs
- 2tablespoonplus 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered instant espresso
- 2tablespoonvanilla extract
- 21/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1cupsifted all-purpose flour

Grease and flour an 18 x 12-inch jellyroll pan

Set aside

Melt together the butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate until smooth in the top of a double broiler

Cool to room temperature

Combine, but do not whisk, eggs, powdered espresso, vanilla extract and sugar
