Sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices together

add sifted ingredients to the first mixture

Add eggs, pecans, prunes and vanilla extract

Mix well, and pour into prepared pans (either a tube pan or 2 loaf pans)

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes
