Ingredients
- 1(3 pound) tri-tip beef or sirloin tip, cut into
- 2teaspooncooking oil
- 1small yellow onion
- 1(14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 31/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/2teaspoonoregano
- 6clovegarlic, finely chopped
- 3tablespoongebhardt chili powder

1 (3 pound) tri-tip beef or sirloin tip, cut into small pieces or coarsely ground 2 teaspoons cooking oil 1 small yellow onion 1 (14 1/2 oun

Add onion and enough beef broth to cover meat

Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes

Add 1 tablespoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Reduce heat to light boil and add half of the garlic

Add half of the chili powder, and cook for 10 minutes

Add tomato sauce and pulp from the dried peppers and remaining garlic
