- 10to 11 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 2teaspoonground dried mild red chile, such as ancho or new mexican
- 2teaspoonground dried hot red chile, such as cayenne or chile de ar
- 1tablespooncumin seed, toasted and ground
- 2teaspoonmexican oregano
