- 1c margarine
- 2c sugar
- 2eggs
- 1/4c milk
- 1ts vanilla

Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat margarine for 30 seconds

add the 2 cups sugar and beat till fluffy

Add eggs, milk, and vanilla
