3 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice 2 ts Soda 1 c Cooking oil 1 ts Salt 4 Eggs 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 16-oz can pumpkin 3 c Sugar 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1 ts Cinnamon 1...
Ingredients
- 31/2 c all-purpose flour 1 ts pumpkin pie spice
- 2ts soda 1 c cooking oil
- 1ts salt 4 eggs
- 1/2ts baking powder 1 16-oz can pumpkin
- 3c sugar 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 1ts cinnamon 1/4 c water

In a seperate bowl, mix by hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, walnuts, and water

Combine with the dry ingredients

Bake in a loaf pan in a 350 oven for 1 hour
