- 1tb cinnamon
- 1/2c sugar
- 14cups all purpose flour 1 tb salt 1 lb sweet butter
- 12egg yolks

Grease a baking sheet

Roll the dough into arectangular sheet 1/2" thick
- 4
Sprinkle liberally with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar

Roll tightly like a jelly roll and cut into 1" thick slices

Place about 1" apart on baking sheet

Let rise for 1 hour and bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes

Remove from oven - cool and ice with powdered sugar glaze
