- 11/4 cups sugar
- 6tablespoons flour
- 2teaspoons lemon rind -- or 2t juice
- 1/3cuphoney
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 4drops red food coloring

Blend in honey and food coloring and let stand while making pastry
