- 3/4ts baking soda
- 3/4ts salt
- 1/2c butter or margarine; soften
- 2c sugar
- 3eggs

chopped (opt) Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl

Beat butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until crumbly

Beat in eggs, pumpkin, orange juice concentrate and orange peel
