- 1c flour
- 2tb unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2ts baking powder
- 1/4ts salt
- 1/2c honey
- 2tb oil
- 1/2c milk
- 1t vanilla
Directions

1 c Flour 2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Honey 2 tb Oil 1/2 c Milk 1 t Vanilla Topping----- 3/4 c Brown

Mix the next four ingredients together

Combine the two and place in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan

Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top

Pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over the top of the pan, do not stir

Bake at 3350 degrees for 40 minutes

Remove from oven and cool
