- 3ozfrench vannilla pudding mix
- 1/3c sweet sherry
- 1/3c poppy seed
- 8ozsour cream
- 1/4c sherry
- 1/4c water

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hr

Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan

GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins

Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake

Let cake cool in pan
