- 1c brown sugar
- 2/3c sugar
- 2ts baking powder
- 1/2ts salt
- 1/4ts ground mace
- 1/2c milk
- 1ts vanilla extract

Drain the pineapple well in a sieve, discard liquid

spray the sides and bottom of a 9 inch square pan with veg spray, and melt the butter in the pan in the preheated oven

Add the brown sugar to the butter and blend

spread the drained pineapple evenly over the sugar mixture, but do not mix
