- 1/2c. cooking oil
- 1Canmandarin oranges and juice
- 1box vanilla instant pudding
- 1Candrained crushed pineapple

cooking oil 1 Can Mandarin oranges and juice Icing: 1 Cool Whip -- (8 oz.) 1 Box vanilla instant pudding 1 Can drained crushed pineapple 1 C

Bake in 3 greased and lightly floured round pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

Icing: Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple with mixer on low speed

Ice cake with it, then decorate top and around bottom edge of cake with oranges
