- 1/2c crisco shortening
- 3tb milk
- 1tb vanilla
- 1egg
- 13/4 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4ts salt

Pre-heat oven to 375F (190C)

Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies

For cookies, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl

Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
