- 11/2 c matzo cake meal
- 2c sugar

1/2 lb Butter or shortening 2 Semi-sweet baking choc.bars 1 c Chopped nuts 4 Eggs 1 1/2 c Matzo cake meal 2 c Sugar Melt together shortening

Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat until thick

Add chocolate and shortening and blend well

Fold in cake meal and nuts

Pour into a greased 8" square pan

Bake at 350 F

for 30 to 45 min

Cut into squares.
