Directions

   1/3 c Quick mix flour Such as wondra 3 1/2 c Flour 1 lb Powdered sugar 6 dr Cloveoil 6 dr Cinnamon oil 2/3 c Water

   warmed For dusting 2 c Powdered sugar Sift dry ingredients together

   Put oils in 2/3 cup warm water

   Slowly add the warm water until heavy dough forms (not sticky) like a pasta dough

   do not add more flour)

   Tear off piece about the size of an orange and roll into a rope on an unfloured surface

   Roll into piece about 1 1/4 inch wide, then press flat about 1/4 inch high

   Using a small knife make small cuts on the diagonal one way then the other making a lattice effect on the flattened rope
