- 1pk yeast; or 1 tb
- 1/2c -water; luke warm
- 1/2c molasses
- 1ts salt
- 5c flour

boiling 1 c Oats 1 1/2 ts Butter 1 pk Yeast

luke warm 1/2 c Molasses 1 ts Salt 5 c Flour Pour 2 cups boiling water over oats

Add butter and let stand 1 hour

Soak yeast in 1/2 cup warm water for 5 minutes

Add molasses, salt and oatmeal mixture

Gradually stir in enough flour to make dough soft but not sticky
