- 1/4c sugar
- 1ts ground cinnamon
- 2ts honey
- 1ts lemon juice
- 1c finely chopped nuts
- 1ts shortening

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons water to form ball

Divide in half

On floured surface, roll each half into a 9-inch circle

Spray a cookie sheet, preferably one of those air-insulated ones, with PAM or other non-stick spray

Transfer 1 circle to cookie sheet
