Add 1 tbs grated lemon zest to batter

Bake as directed

Remove from oven and water bath

In bowl combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbs sugar and 1 tsp lemon zest

Spread mixture over top of cheesecake

Return to oeven until topping is set, 6-8 minutes
