Melt-In-Your-Mouth Potato Muffins
1 ea yeast cake dissolved 1 x in 2 tbsp. warm water 1/2 c mashed potatoes 1/2 c hot water 1/2 c sugar Combine and let rise until light and bubbly or spongelike. Add: 2 beaten eggs

flour Roll out and cut with small round cookie cutter
