- 1c buttermilk
- 2c flour
- 1c raisins
- 1ts cinnamon
- 1/2ts nutmeg

1 c Maple syrup 3/4 c Shortening 3 Eggs 1 c Buttermilk 2 c Flour 1 c Raisins 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/2 ts Cloves 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Baki

Mix dry ingred with buttermilk

Add to creamed mixture and beat until well blended

Bake in 8x8 pan for 35 min or til done
