- 3eggs
- 2ts vanilla
- 2c shredded zucchini
- 21/2 c flour
- 1/2c unsweetened cocoa
- 21/2 ts baking powder
- 11/2 ts baking soda

softened 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 3 1/2 c Confectioners' sugar 1 ts Milk 1/4 c Chopped nuts In large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs

Add vnilla and zucchini

Mix dry ingredients together

Add alternately with milk to zucchini mixture
