- 11/2 ts soda
- 2tb butter

2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Butter 3 lg Eggs 1/2 c Buttermilk 1 1/2 ts Soda Vanilla

to taste 6 c Flour

enough to make A stiff dough Icing: 1 1/2 c White sugar 2 tb Butter Light cream

1/2 & 1/2) Don't knead too much, very lightly

Can chill a couple of hours or so

Roll out on floured board to about 1/8" to 1/4" and cut out and bake on ungreased sheets
