- 1/3cupkey lime juice or lime juice
- 2lime rinds -- grated
- 1graham cracker crust -- 9-inch

Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff

Beat egg yolks with 1 cup beaten egg whites, mixing well

Add condensed milk, lime juice and grated rind.Fold in remaining egg whites
