Line a spring form pan with parchment paper

Place a very thin layer of the angel cake or any other left over white cake in the pan

Sprinkle with the rum or liqueur

Dissolve the gelatin in the water

Whip the egg yolks with half the sugar until lemon colored

Stir in gelatine and lime juice whipping
