- 1/2ts salt
- 1lg egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2tb lemon juice
- 1ts vanilla
- 4c flour
- 1/3c red and 1/3 cup green

1 c Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1 lg Egg + 1 egg yolk 2 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla 4 c Flour 1/3 c Red and 1/3 cup green Colored sugar for decoration

Beat in whole egg, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla until well blended

With mixer on low gradually add flour

Divid dough in half, wrapping each piece in plastic wrap

Chill 3 hours or until firm enough to roll

Roll to 1/8 inch thick
