- 8ozlight cream cheese -- softened
- 1c plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/3c sugar
- 1tb grated lemon peel
- 1tb lemon juice
- 1/4ts vanilla
- 4ice cubes

Warm over low heat to dissolve

Combine in blender softened gelatin, cream cheese, yogurt, sugar
