- 1ts baking powder
- 1ts salt
- 4egg yolks
- 3/4c sugar
- 3/4c frozen lemonade concentrate
- 4egg whites
- 31/2 oz vanilla whip dessert mix

Beat egg yolks until thick

Beat in 1/2 cup sugar and add 1/2 cup thawed lemonade concentrate, alternating with flour mix

Beat egg whites and remaining sugar until stiff peaks form

Fold into lemon mix

Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake at 375 15 to 20 minutes

Immediately loosen sides and invert onto towel sprinkled generously with powdered sugar
