- 1/2c water
- 1/4ts salt
- 1ts unflavored gelatin
- 4egg whites
- 11/2 c heavy cream
- 2lemons; zest and juice

1 stick 1/3 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt 1 Egg 1 1/4 c Flour Mousse

In large shallow bowl, mix yolks with sugar, water, salt and gelatin

Whip constantly over boiling water until thick and lemon colored
