- 13/4 c sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 4egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/2cup lemon juice
- 1tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1tbsp butter

Fold pastry in half

with fold in center, carefully transfer to a 9 inch pie plate
