- 1pint sour cream
- 1/3cupcorn starch
- 2tablespoonlemon juice
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1/2cupmelted butter or margerine

sieve cottage cheese into bowl, add soft cream cheese and beat on high speed until well blended and creamy.Beating at high speed add sugar,
