- 1egg
- 2c all-purpose flour
- 2ts baking powder
- 1ts baking soda
- 1ts ground cinnamon
- 1/2ts ground cloves
- 11/2 c applesauce

Cake: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, margarine or shortening for 30 seconds

Add the sugars and egg
