- 1/2c oil
- 4eggs

- 2ozvodka
- 4ozorange juice
- 1tb orange juice
- 1tb galliano

CAKE------------------------------------ 1 pk Orange Cake Mix 1 pk Instant Vanilla Pudding 1/2 c Oil 4 Eggs 2 oz Galliano 2 oz Vodka 4 oz Or

Blend in oil, eggs and liquids on low speed until dry ingredients are dampened, then turn to higher speed and beat for 5 minutes

Preheat electric fry pan to 280 degrees

Add batter, cover and bake until top of cake is moist but not sticky, about 45 minutes

Open vent last 5 minutes of baking time
