- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonground cinnamon
- 4ounces unsweetened chocolate, -- melted
- 1cupsour milk*
- 1cuppureed green tomatoes
- 1/4cupbutter, softened

Add melted chocolate, sour milk, tomatoes, butter, eggs and grated peel

Beat with an electric mixer on low speed till combined

Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan

Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean

Cool cake in pan on wire rack
