- 3lg eggs
- 1/2c apple juice
- 1/2c unsweetened applesauce
- 2c unbleached white flour
- 2Tspbaking powder
- 1Tspbaking soda
- 2Tspcinnamon

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon

Stir in raisins if desired

Oil and flour an 8" square bakig pan
