- 18 oz pkg coconut flakes
- 120 oz can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained or
- 120 oz can pineapple chunks in juice -- undrained
- 1cupbutter or margarine
Directions

1 package yellow cake mix 8 ounces fresh coconut -- flaked OR 1 8 oz pkg coconut flakes 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained

Dump entire can of pineapple and juice in pan and spread evenly on bottom

Dump and distribute coconut evenly over pineapple

Dump entire box of cake mix evenly over all

Spread evenly with spatula

Cover entire surface with small pieces of butter
