- 2cup self-rising flour
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1cup chopped walnuts
- 4cup peeled, sliced apples

1/4 c Melted butter 2 c 10X sugar 1 tb Lemon juice Beat eggs until thick and light

Combine sugar and oil at medium speed

Mix cinnamon with flour

Add to egg mixture

Add vanilla flavoring and walnuts
