- 1/4ts nutmeg
- 1/2ts salt
- 1ts baking powder
- 1/2ts baking soda

1 c Shortening (1/2 lard 1/2 butter 2 c Sugar 3 Eggs 1 c Thick sour cream 6 c Flour 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Baki

Cream shortening and sugar

Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time

Beat well after each addition

Add sour cream and flour sifted with nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda

Chill in refrigerator overnight
