- 3tb sugar

- 1/2c flour

Add 1/2 cup flour and mix again until well blended

Dip a glass or cutter 3" in diameter into flour and press on greased cookie sheet to give an outline for cookies

Spread cookie batter to outline

Bake at 400~ for 3-4 min ( make a couple at a time)

Work fast before they cool to shape them as a fortune cookie

I fold them in half and then fold them against a side of a bowl, coffee mug or pan, whatever is handy to shape them like a fortune cookie)

I also make my own little fortune on pieces of paper to slip into the cookie before folding
