- 11/2 pounds cream cheese -- cubed
- 11/4 cups sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 3eggs -- divided

- 1tablespoonwhipping cream

Bake in 350~F oven until golden brown

Allow pan to cool, grease sides of pan

In a mixing bowl, place cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg
