- 1md onion, diced
- 1green bell pepper, diced
- 1jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1md tomato, diced
- 1/2lbwhole button mushrooms
Directions

Add diced bell pepper & the jalapeno pepper

Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes & cook for another 5 minutes

Finally add the mushrooms & the tomato paste
