- 11/2 c brown sugar
- 3c flour
- 1t baking soda
- 1lbcandied cherries, chopped
- 1lbcandied pineapple, chopped
- 1lbdates, chopped
- 6c pecans, chopped

Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk to sugar/butter/eggs mixture

Pour batter into chopped fruits and nuts

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 25 min

in a 300 degree oven
