- 1cuppecans -- chopped
- 1/2cupwater
- 1/2cupoil
- 1teaspooncoffee flavored liqueur
- 1egg
- 1tablespoonpowdered sugar
- 1tablespoonchocolate flavored syrup

Put the pie crust in an 9 or 10" springform pan

pressing it on the bottom and up the sides

Prick generously with a fork

In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients

Beat 50 strokes by hand

Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown
