- 3/4c brown sugar
- 5eggs
- 1/4c sour cream
- 1/4c ricotta cheese

Cream shortening, butter and cream cheese

Add both sugars, and beat well

Add eggs, sour cream, ricotta and cottage cheese, and beat well
